A real let down; if tall dont book a single room
Very sorry to leave this review, I am 188cm tall, I booked a single room, there was no information prior to say the shower and ceiling height was massively reduced in size, I could not stand up to shower, I have a neck injury and it was very uncomfortable.
Room was fine otherwise warning really for tall people!
I booked this as part of a longer trip to sicily, specifically for the pool, which they closed on my second hot day. No prior notice to guests, they had a private function, felt like I was in the way.
Had to have an interview in the morning and was warned about the area I choose to do the virtual interview as they had booked a function, just felt like guests are not a priority.
They mentioned there was a restaurant but no real actual menu or information.
Finally the staff english level was not amazing.
Other than that the villa is nice; close to the nature reserve, some nice local eateries and very reasonable price.
Personally If id known about the pool id have booked elsewhere its kinda a breach of contract.
They should clean the pool in the evening rather than put guests out during the days, others were frustrated too.
