Our accommodation was advertised as 2 bedroom which it was. But 1 bedroom was up a very steep set of stairs with no bathroom which was not disclosed. Unusable for our older stage of life. Otherwise ok by Sicily standards. I felt it was overpriced due to above reasons.

Fantastic staff. Location hard to get to (centro storico, ZTL) but the staff helped guide us to the public parking located outside the ztl -- it required dragging our suitcases over cobble stones through the market, but we survived. Once we were settled, we really enjoyed the hotel with a super helpful and courteous staff.

We were totally lost when we arrived tired in Sicily and the general manager came to our rescue- literally. Helped us find free parking, helped with permits, recommended beaches and even took the time to explain history of the area. We appreciated so much all the care and generosity she gave. Breakfast was fantastic too

Staff was SO very helpful- one of the sweetest and most friendly in Palermo! The hotel itself was full of charm and character - a palazzo once occupied by royals, and now converted into quaint and interesting rooms. It is centrally located and easy to access.

we stayed for 3 nights in the upper floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and spacious with a very welcome outdoor patio space. Happy we found this accommodation, felt perfectly quite, restful, and secluded -away from the frenetic pace of the street markets a very short walk from your door. We shall return, just love Palermo. Thank you

Fanny and her staff were amazing. We would like to single out Andrea as being exceptional in all ways. All of his suggestions were spot on and he took the time to plan routes and restaurants and reminded us of the professor in Netflix’s Money Heist. Would definitely return.

Spacious, comfortable room with a fun spiral staircase leading to a little balcony overlooking some of the city. Nespresso machine, water and a little bottle of wine were welcome. Do note there is about a 10-12 minute walk to parking if you have a rental. Very central location in active market community. A bit gritty but I felt safe walking around. Great history all around. We stayed for four nights at the Palazzo Sant Agostino, which is centrally located in the Capo market area. Like much of Palermo, it is a very characterful (shabby-chic) building. Our first night was in Room 7 which is downstairs in the garden area - which was a bit dark and got quite noisy in the morning (as it is underneath where breakfast is served). However the staff kindly moved us to Room 3 on the first floor which was more comfortable. The staff were super helpful overall, providing advice on what to do/see in Palermo.
