Room was FANTASTIC, so incredibly spacious by European standards. The jetted tub was an amazing plus to our stay. Very well located in the city center of palermo. Hotel has a lot of Renaissance style decor, beautiful. Hotel restaurant was pretty good, too. Highly recommend this place if you're in Palermo.

Great hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, spotless and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable - nice sheets and bedding. They have a nice breakfast buffet with a variety of baked goods, meats and fruits. The location is great for walking in the historical center and it is an easy walk to Teatro Massimo. I visited this property during the off season. The property exceeded my expectations. I was given two rooms that adjoined via a staircase. The rooms were a ground floor and 2nd level. The room was clean, modern, comfortable, and the staff was attentive. The hotel offered laundry services and is very close the the main road that is pedestrian only and near the area where most restaurants and shopping are located. The hotel is in a very safe and walkable neighborhood. My stay here was very relaxing and the experience at this hotel was charming. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely re-book at this hotel again.
