Cozy and bright apartment located within the renowned Ashur residence in Mondello.
Guests can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool and private access to the sea, conveniently reachable by elevator directly from the floor.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a child’s bed.
In the living room, there is a bunk bed, a comfortable sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to truly feel at home.

Using the elevator located on the apartment floor, guests can directly reach a small bay with crystal-clear water.

The shared swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th and follows these opening hours: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 4:00 PM–7:00 PM.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Mondello. Deborah ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail unseren Aufenthalt zu einem tollen Erlebnis gemacht hat. Sie ist stets erreichbar und hat uns bei sämtlichen Angelegenheiten immer schnellstens geantwortet bzw geholfen. Die Wohnung war super ordentlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht, sowohl zum Kochen, Waschen und wohlfühlen. Der Pool ist ein Traum: sehr gross, sehr sauber und selbst im August niemals überlaufen. Wir haben ihn jeden Tag genutzt.Man kann alles zu Fuss machen und hat vor dem Wohnkomplex direkt eine Bushaltestelle von der aus man überall hinkommt, auch leicht nach Palermo.Wir können die Wohnung Familien mit Kindern als auch Pärchen absolut empfehlen. Sie eignet sich auch hervorragend für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
