This bright studio, simply furnished but fully-equipped, is on the third floor of a building with an elevator and located in a pedestrian zone.
The entrance opens up onto a unique environment, which comes with an open-plan kitchen, a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a TV.
A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine with exposed beams, furnished with a queen bed, a wide wardrobe and a dresser. A bathroom with a bathtub and a shower curtain completes the accommodation.

Location was excellent and property was relatively clean. Unfortunately the power went out when we had hot water, clothes washer and AC on. It took approximately 2.5 hours for this to be corrected. Response time was not good. Also, if the managers told us that power outage was a possible problem, then we could have adjusted our usage. Additionally the fuse box was locked on the ground floor and a key was not in the apartment.The stove did not work and was dirty.The hot water electric jug for making coffee and tea was not working well.Overall due to the location I think this is a very good property but some improvements are in order

A great, centrally located abode that we used as a home-base for our day excursions around Palermo and Northwest Sicily. To be honest, the bathroom and related amenities could be better, don't expect much and ask for shower soap/body wash, shampoo and toilet paper. The shower needs some upkeep and improvement, quite grimey. Also, Wonderful Italy's communication is poor and we received zero instructions of how to contact the receiving host when arriving at the location, the provided Whatsapp number did not suffice for timely communication.

Great location, great space
This apartment was everything we needed for 5 days in Sicily. Excellent location, great amenities. The restaurants in the apartment square are some of the best we went to! Easy access to rental car agencies a 10 minute walk away, and the host made our experience extra easy by arranging taxi transport to/from the airport.

Im Herzen Palermos
Die FeWo liegt im Herzen Palermos, daher sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Das haben wir als sehr angenehm erlebt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet und war gepflegt. Eine fehlende zweite Tasse wurde umgehend zur Verfügung gestellt. Hilfreich wäre etwas Waschmittel für die Nutzung der Waschmaschine gewesen.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Palermo sehr genossen und sind von dieser Stadt begeistert. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
