Ad Hoc Rooms is a family run B&B which gave it a homely feel. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and with plenty of storage space for your clothing. Breakfast had a good choice to suit all tastes and was served either in the sheared living space or the spacious veranda. During your stay you had the freedom to use the kitchen which gave you access to coffee, tea and cold water. Ad Hoc Rooms is in a fantastic location with plenty of restaurants, shops and local sightseeing on your door step.

This beautiful place is in an excellent location in the Historic district. Luka was amazing with the airport pick up, getting us settled into our place and provided an excellent breakfast. Very helpful with tips on where to go.

I loved this place. Great breakfast. Clean room. Wonderful terrace for enjoying a glass of wine. Quick walk to many places and lots of great food nearby. 8 minute walk to the grocery store. Short walk to the bus to the airpprt. They were so patient with our delayed arrival.

Luca, the owner is super friendly and available for any help or suggestion. The are is very noisy at night but with the window close the room gets quite. Breakfast on the terrace is very nice as well

We had a great stay at Ad Hoc in Palermo. The location is excellent. Luca and his family are very welcoming, and communication was excellent. Room was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Roof top terrace was nice. There are 4 flights of stairs with no elevator (which wasn't an issue for us, but may be for others).

Outstanding experience

Even though there was an unexpected change (the original unit seemed to be overbooked), I was moved to “Zefiro suites”, and it was an outstanding experience. Natalia and Sergio have organized things well, and were very kind, which is greatly appreciated. The location was convenient for a short, one night stay. Mille grazie 😊!

Location: 8 min from train station, 5 min. from Cathederal, 1 min away from main streets, yet quiet. Breakfast beyond coffee and a donut. I would stay again. Very clean and updated.

Very friendly hosts - helpful with transportation and recommendations, excellent location in Centro Storico, quiet room with great A/C, nice breakfast on pleasant terrace. The room is up five flights of stairs - OK for us (even at the end of a long day of walking) and Luca was very kind in helping with bags, but stairs could be a real issue for some guests.

Luca and Natalia are excellent hosts. Very personable although you need some basic Italian to converse with Luca. Location is excellent in the old Norman section. The hotel really needs an elevator for those unable to climb stairs.

Vi havde en enkel overnatning her inden vi skulle retur til DK. Personale var søde og serviceminded. Hotellet ligger på 4.sal uden elevator, så det skal man lige være klar over. Værelse er fint og smags fuldt indrettet. Sengen dog ikke noget at skrive hjem om. Fællesarealer er cool indrettet og der er en fin fælles balkon. På samme vej som hotellet er flere gode restauranter og et fedt miljø tæt på Via Roma. I gåafstand til Palermo centrale. Alt i alt fin kvalitet til prisen.

Bisogna accedere a piedi dopo 3/4 rampe di scale. L’interno è bellissimo e Luca è molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima e abbondante e in pieno centro.
