It is distributed as follows: on the ground floor there is a bright living-dining room with terrace, a very well equipped independent kitchen and a complete bathroom with shower.

Stairs lead to the first floor where there are: two large bedrooms with direct access to a second terrace of approximately 20m2, a third bedroom with trundle beds and private terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub.
