At the back, on the ground floor, there is a private garden equipped with a barbecue, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The apartment consists of a welcoming living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the sea-view terrace, two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds), and a bathroom. It is equipped with a washing machine and TV and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
A supermarket is about 50 meters away, and the center of Palau, with shops, restaurants, bars, and venues, is easily reached with a pleasant walk.
