Il complesso è davvero ordinato, appartamenti spaziosi e ben tenuti e ben puliti. Zona perfetta per vicinanza a parcheggi, supermercati, mare e centro di Morro jable. Veramente pochi passi e hai tutto. Niente di lussuoso ma consigliatissimo.

Die Unterkunft war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und lag fußläufig zum Strand und zur Altstadt. Ein Supermarkt mit großer Auswahl war direkt um die Ecke. Wir fanden in der Nähe immer einen Parkplatz. Nach der dritten Nacht wurden Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Leider gab es einige negative Erfahrungen: Check-in: Über die Expedia-Chatfunktion blieb eine Antwort zur Schlüsselübergabe aus, auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage. Bei der Ankunft standen wir vor verschlossener Tür. Erst über eine Telefonnummer erhielten wir den Code für die Schlüsselbox. Der Hinweis, dass wir am nächsten Morgen zum Check-in kommen sollten, war wenig einladend. Ungeziefer und Mängel: Bereits in der ersten Nacht entdeckten wir mehrere große Kakerlaken und der Deckenventilator im Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht. Beim Check-in wurde uns angeboten, das Zimmer mit Insektenvernichtungsmitteln zu behandeln, was wir wegen möglicher Allergien ablehnten. Die Nachfrage nach alternativen Maßnahmen wie Ködern wurde mit einem Schulterzucken abgetan und der Ventilator blieb defekt. Die Handtücher waren wenig saugfähig, und der Föhn roch nach Insektenvernichtungsmitteln. Erst durch selbstgekaufte Kakerlakenköder wurde das Problem scheinbar gelöst. Beim Checkout grüßte die Rezeptionistin nicht und fragte lediglich auf dem Gang nach dem Schlüssel. Fazit: Die gute Lage und Ausstattung der Unterkunft werden durch unzureichende Kommunikation, mangelnde Gastfreundschaft und verschiedene Mängel überschattet.

Saubere zentrale unterkunft

Schlichte einfache,jedoch sehr saubere zentrale unterkunft .hatten ein zimmer zur strassenseite,sehr ruhig..aber zur placa seite..sehr laut durch schreiende kinder.hatten unseren kleinen hund dabei..er hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'emplacement très proche de la plage, près de la vieille ville et des commerces. En revanche appartement pas du tout équipé. Il y a le strict minimum.Avons été obligés de réclamer un grille pain.. seulement 2 cuillères à café, pas de torchon.

Super zentral gelegen, nur 3 Monate bis zum Strand und zur Promenade, Parkplatz fast immer vor der Tür gefunden, gute Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber. Leider wurde der Pool während unseres Aufenthaltes renoviert.

Appartamenti molto grandi, moderni e puliti. Alla reception sono tutti molto disponibili e cordiali e parlano tutte le lingue quindi è facile comunicare. Inoltre vicino c'è un supermercato super fornito e la spiaggia è vicinissima.
