This hotel was nice...Staff friendly. We booked this hotel based on pool/jacuzzi and was told when we checked in that area was closed. I asked for maid service and was told they didn't offer that for stayovers so I had to ask for extra towels each day of our stay.

Deep Clean your hotel
Rooms and hallways are dirty, like month of dirt. This hotel needs a deep cleaning. There are cobwebs and dirty in all the corners and around all the edges. My room had food around the edges of the bed. My room was a fast rush cleaning job. One of the bed was never changed from the last person it was not clean, it was dirty. We went to use the pool and it was temporary closed for the weekend. Because we where a sporting event they closed the pool. The front desked lied and said the ceiling was caving in we looked at it. It was not caving in. It was perfectly fine. This information should have been told up front when we booked the hotel and when we checked it. The breakfast was the best part. This hotel has alot of cleaning to be done before we will ever stay again. And they need to be honest.

One of the cleanest places I’ve been to! We couldn’t participate in breakfast but the setup looked amazing and the coffee was fantastic! The front desk clerk seemed to not know what to do with an Expedia customer though.
