Room (junior suite 402) was large with a good balcony (although no sun on it in the afternoon) but was a little tired - could do with a few more pictures on the walls and some updated furniture. Good kitchen equipment and good size shower. Door to toilet needs adjusting as the bottom scrapes the floor when opened. Restaurant evening menu was very disappointing so we didn't eat there.

Lady behind reception was a bit too efficient (unfriendly and not engaging) - maybe good for big couch groups but not so for the individual traveler. Building and rooms need a bit of tlc, especially all carpets in hallway and rooms

I stayed at this hotel 2 different times during my holiday and both times the rooms were clean and comfortable, Our second stay was not booked correctly by expedia, but they were kind enough to give us a roomand refund the money for the stay on the wrong date expedia booked.

Very tired needing a make over.

Whilst the place was clean, it urgently needs a make over and the rooms are very dated. We were on the Junior suite (401) next to the drive way and swimming pool, and you could hear people talking plus noise from vehicles driving into the hotel. Staff were very friendly, great location but very much in the 80’s.

Overall, okay. Man behind desk was extremely unhelpful. We had no wifi. I asked over 5 hour period nothing was done. Finally a trickle came through late at night-very slowly. Additionally, there were two of us but gave us 1 free beverage, although part of our membership.

They were doing renovations but never advised us on checkin. They also gave us a drinks voucher but were unable to use it because the bar was closed. The evening lady offered to give us a drink that we could take back to our room, but the options were very limited, so was a wasted perk. But the location of the property was good for us.
