Take a boat trip from the bustling harbour for a chance to spot inquisitive seals, dolphins and other wildlife (small to medium-sized pets can join you). Catch the ferry across the Camel Estuary to the village of Rock, home to a watersports school where you can learn to paddleboard and surf. Enjoy a leisurely bike ride or walk along the scenic, long-distance Camel Trail. Daytime seasonal restrictions on pets apply on some nearby beaches, but golden Treyarnon Bay (4 miles), Hawker’s Cove (1.5 miles) and Harbour Cove (2 miles) are dog friendly all year round.
