Cozy and very quiet studio apartment of about 30 square meters is located on the second floor of a period building with no lift located in a strategic position a stone's throw from Prato della Valle. All the beauties of Padua are just waiting to be visited!
Internally the accommodation consists of:
★ NIGHT / LIVING AREA: with relaxation corner, double sofa bed and dining area.
★ KITCHEN: on sight it has a fridge, stove, microwave and kitchen utensils.
★ BATHROOM: with shower and bidet.
★ BALCONY: furnished with table and chairs.
★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Smart TV, WIFI, air conditioning, independent heating with the boiler, washing machine, cot for babies, high chair for small children, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.
PARKING ON THE SPOT (assigned parking space in the courtyard, for cars no longer than 4 meters)
