I really enjoyed this condominium style room. It had a lot of pluses. With the kitchen and the living room space and separate bedroom. I also liked that there was plenty of areas to walk my dog. The big negative is that even though there is supposed to be Wi-Fi good luck getting access to it and you absolutely cannot stream any tv or cable shows. You are stuck with watching the direct tv service that they provide. Also the rooms get very stuffy and could use some sort of air conditioning. They do provide a box fan but I could only imagine during the summer time how uncomfortable it would be. Also it takes quite a while for the water heater to heat up in the shower. Overall there are there are many more pluses than negatives and I would recommend this place. The staff was very friendly during check out/ check in.

Didn't like the carpet in the master bedroom, smelled like wet dog. Most rooms r dog friendly so why would you have a smelly carpet. The toilets were so low, had a heck of a time getting off of them. Needed more dish soap daily when you have 7 people staying and cooking in the rooms. Had to buy toilet paper paper towels. For the money it wasn't worth it. Had a emotional stress dog and was chared 25.00 dollars a night. Never have that happened. The front dest clerk was was rude about it. Us who have mental illness can't help they need their partner to help them. For the price we paid not worth it.

I had a studio room on the third floor. Each unit is decorated independently and mine was really impressive. The blue and white tile, countertop and sink made it look fancy. The cute table was useful. The blue chairs were cute but worn on the arms. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge, stovetop and sink were useful. There is no dishwasher so dishes must be hand washed. The patio was nice. One thing that was irritating was the noise from the outdoor seating area/back grassy area below travels up to all the rooms if you use the screen door. There must also be a smoking area down there because pot smell was entering my room from below. Unpleasant.

Check in didn’t go very smoothly. Although I had booked a pet friendly room AND replied to the hotels separate email that I also needed to message them and confirm I’m brining a pet, they had moved us to a non pet friendly room. At check in the staff person was reviewing our room when I realized it was a non pet friendly room & she wasn’t very kind about it when I pointed it out. She then gave me a room that was still in the process of being cleaned & unfortunately the poor cleaning crew looked startled as we were trying to enter the room. They were great and we told them we would return later. The room was clean! Yay housekeeping! The property location was great. Close to the beach via a short walk. Downside- the “view” rooms are more of a peekaboo view due to the vegetation growing up. The room: Couch was broken & uncomfortable and one of the mattresses was also broken and we had to sleep in the other bed. Thankfully there were two! I may have missed it, but there were a lot of rules that weren’t given until after I booked. For example: no housekeeping during your stay and you have to bag your dirty towels etc and leave them outside your door by 3pm. We did this and they weren’t picked up on schedule (they next day). Towels for the humans were in rough shape and looked like they were all for the dogs, although the towels that were for dog use were clearly marked. Dog friendly stay- they provided towels, blankets and dog dishes for our furry friend.

Fantastic place to stay! It is nothing fancy but unit 303 is spacious, comfortable and really clean. Loved the cozy bedding, pillows, decor and nice TV(s). The ocean view is minimal but it’s there. Great location and is walkable to the beach however we didn’t attempt the trail due to having a busy toddler. Overall facility is inviting and clean. Staff are very friendly too. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

I like the hot tub, grandkids like the large pool. Its like family to go there.

We paid $200 a night to Expedia for this place and they gave us their worst room because I believe we booked with Expedia. We had elevator on the right side of our room where families gathered and carried on long conversations with kids screaming; it is basically a hotel for families with kids and dogs and is very noisy. On the other side of our room we had the stairs where kids ran up and down screaming and playing. Right in front of our door they had the party room where people left the door open and the noise was unbearable. This happened for two days of our three days stay. When we asked the hotel staff to ask them to be more mindful of other guests and close the door, the rude male staff told me this is a family hotel and quiet time is not until 10 pm. He needs serious customer service and sensitivity training. Our unit was on the second floor and the balcony faced a picnic and barbecue area and people would walk out the back door and lit cigarets and smoke will come into our room. The efficiency unit was old and outdated and carpet and floors needed deep cleaning. You can also hear footsteps from the third floor and the people there were rearranging the furniture until 11:30 pm one night. It was a nightmare. We will never go back. Expedia needs to have a talk with management not to place the Expedia customers in their worst rooms. We paid a lot for this place and it was not worth it; and we had no peace at all and did not enjoy our stay there.

Property located at a nice place and walkable from shore. Restaurants nearby - mostly 4-5 mins driving distance. Room had all the amenities except a dishwasher. So, it was expected to clean all utensils before leaving.
