Welcome to Slow Coast! Unwind & reconnect at this serene retreat just steps away from the stunning Washington coast. This home is designed to remind you of the simple joys and restorative power of slowing down.

Slow Coast is perfectly situated across the street from the beautiful Washington coast, making for a great view from the back patios. Enjoy easy access to pristine beaches and the charming town of Seabrook. Explore local shops, restaurants, and a variety of activities for all ages.

Sleeping Configuration:
Main Level (upstairs):
Master Bedroom - sleeps 2 on a California king, en-suite bathroom.
Living Room - sleeps 2 on a pull out couch sofa.
Lower Level (downstairs):
Bedroom 2 - sleeps 2 on a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 - sleeps 2 on a queen bed.
Bedroom 4 - sleeps 3 on a trundle, 1 double bed and 1 twin bed.

Outdoor Space:
Main Level – Covered patio off the back of the house with forest and beach views. Includes a Weber grill, outdoor dining, and lounge seating for 12.
Lower Level – Covered patio off the back of the house with forest and beach views. Features a hot tub that seats 6 and a cozy couch area for an additional 6.

Indoors:
Indoors, on the main floor you'll find a highly comfortable and flexible floor plan featuring a large mud room and half-bath off the main entry. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area seamlessly connects to the top floor deck for easy indoor/outdoor dining. Additionally, the first and largest main bedroom suite is located on this floor.

Kitchen & Dining:
Cook like a gourmet with a well stocked kitchen, including spices and top-of-the-line appliances such as a KitchenAid mixer, Cuisinart Food Processor, BlendTec blender, an Instant Pot with a recipe book and more. Enjoy great coffee making with options including a French press and a traditional coffee maker. Coffee beans & grinder provided! The dining area is perfect for family meals and gatherings.

Living Room:
Located adjacent to the kitchen and the dining areas on the main floor of the home, relax in the cozy living room with a gas fireplace, 55” TCL TV, high-end Sonos wireless speakers for your music and a collection of the best fiction and non-fiction books. Perfect for quiet evenings or entertaining friends. The couch also pulls out into a queen size bed.

Master Bedroom:
The ground floor main bedroom suite opens off of the open living space, and boasts a high end CA King Bed with ocean and forest views from the bed, blackout blinds, a large double sink vanity, a walk in shower and a separate oversized bathtub with a separate water closet and plenty of storage for your luggage and clothes. The bedroom also has a 49" Roku TV for streaming along with cable.

Downstairs:
The stairs down to the lower floor takes you to the family/media room which flows into the downstairs deck with an outdoor sectional, coffee table and hot tub. 3 more full sized bedrooms and two baths, one in the second main, and one shared by the 3rd and 4th bedroom all await. Ample space between rooms ensures comfort and privacy for your group. A washer and dryer is located on this floor making it easy to dry beach towels or run a quick wash if needed.

Family/Media Room:
Gather family and friends for a movie on the 65” 4K TV or set the kids down to play games on the Xbox Series X while adults congregate upstairs. You’ll also find a robust selection of games, puzzles and cards to choose from and enjoy in the entertainment center. The extremely comfortable wrap around sectional could serve as alternate sleeping space for a couple of kids, with extra blankets and pillows *Please bring your own games and controllers for the Xbox Series X.

Second Bedroom:
The second main suite boasts a comfortable queen bed and private bathroom with shower over tub.

Third Bedroom:
Bedroom three also holds a comfortable queen and boasts forest and ocean views over the downstairs deck.

Office Space:
Perfect for those balancing work and relaxation, these two bedrooms also feature writing desks and have access to a modern wireless laser printer and scanner located in the blue hutch in the downstairs media room.

Kids Bedroom:
The fourth bedroom is a good sized room furnished with a full bed with twin pull out trundle that can easily accommodate three kids with plenty of play space, and could also be shared comfortably by two teens or adults.

Seabrook Community:

Parking
You will be provided 2 parking passes at check-in to identify you as a guest. Please proceed directly to the house and do not check in at Seabrook Cottage rentals. Please park within the property boundary on the shell gravel. If you need additional parking, please park at the end of the cul de sac near the beach trail on Hidden Cove loop.

-We do not offer access to Seabrook's Pools/Gym and we will not charge a resort fee. Please book directly with Seabrook Rentals to utilize the swimming pools.
