The hotel is nice but the beaches are terrible right now with sargassum. They were basically shuttling you to other beaches it’s so back and it stinks. Also the hotel is a little far away from everything.

So the hotel standards other JW Marriotts I have stayed at. The staff are great. The Sargassum was terrible which made outside pool area unbearable. Of course they cannot help this but since the sargassum is not being hauled away the smell is awful! The property is very far from everything, since there is only one pool and not much else on the resort to do, it left a lot to be desired.
