Nice front porch and large back porch with new patio furniture and large weber gas and charcoal grills. tankless water heater. split level HVAC system. Bathrooms have been renovated/updated in last year, and kitchen appliances were updated 2 years ago. WALKABLE to SQUARE (0.3 miles to city hall). This welcoming retreat offers a peaceful setting where guests can feel right at home as Penny Lane is hidden off of East Jackson with lots of tree canopy. Parking for 4 cars at the house and spaces for overflow parking at Penny Lane. Perfect for Ole Miss football weekends and getting to and from square on foot.
