Great roadside motel.

Small hotel, close to Talladega for the NASCAR race. Very good rates. They don’t try to hose you knowing it’s race weekend. Spoke with the owners, very nice people. Room was kept up, fridge and TV worked. No complaints. Will go back for future races

rooms are very well maintained, very clean with nice in room amenities needed for any stay. Very close to the Chief Ladiga Trail, Mcclellan trails very close to JSU. It’s a historic downtown Anniston 2 miles north of the Anniston Museum and Gardens.

Quaint, Clean and Proficient Lodging Establishment

The McClellan Inn Anniston is an example of hard work done by the couple that operate, and likely own, the establishment. The buildings are slightly aged, probably built in the 1970's but refurbished within the rooms. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. The heat/air units are very proficient. The beds are very comfortable. Each room has a microwave, small refrigerator (very good for cooling canned and bottled drinks) nice flat screen television with cable, ample drawer space, a desk, small couch and table, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and very well-lighted sink and mirror area. The bathroom, while small, is very impressive with a very nice walk-in shower. The service is more than adequate, cleaning service is good and the area is functional, especially if there on business. The establishment is within a quarter mile of several eateries, a large WalMart, an Aldi's, and is not excessively traffic burdened. Very suburban feel. Friendly, basic service by staff. Highly recommend for basic lodging needs.

A nice clean economical place to stay very convenient to recreation facilities such as the chief Ladiga Trail, the Mcclellan trails, Cane Creek golf course the campus of Jacksonville State University, and just minutes from downtown Anniston

Construction in parking lot. Food wrappers left inside night stand on both sides of bed. Bed had somewhat of a metal skirt around the bottom which made the bed sound like thunder when you moved. Front desk check in employee very hard to understand.

The staff was rude. There was no hotel sign to know if you were at the right location. The parking lot was destroyed. You could barely pull in without damaging your vehicle. I tried to checkout in the morning and after ringing the doorbell multiple times nobody answered ever. Finally just left the key in the room in frustration. The counters are remote were sticky. I’m afraid the Indian owners are not concerned about hygiene or service.

Nasty, unclean, stinky, broken derelict building with no sign notating you are even at the right place. If i had purchased the protection plan and could have canceled, I would have so fast. We put a chair under the door this place was so sketchy
