Zahed was an excellent communicator - quick, efficient, accommodating, polite and friendly.
We booked this property for it's good price and central Oxford location that could accommodate a group of 8-10 for a stag do (and good cancellation policy, given numbers can fluctuate when organising for a large group where things could change and was in fact the reason we booked this over other options - Zahed was kind enough to provide a tenth bed in the living room just in case). He was very understanding and the experience was seamless.
The property is beautiful, modern and all of the bedrooms are an excellent size with comfortable beds, well insulated and relaxing. The location is a short walk into Oxford centre, and there is off-road parking for 2 cars at the accommodation. Check-in was fast, we received a code, got the key from a box next to the accommodation and upon check-out put the key back in the box
Tips: unfortunately upon arrival there were a couple of missed bits - we had to rewash a lot of glassware, plates and kitchen utensils. Also, there was quick a bit of strange brown staining across a living room radiator which we cleaned. Also, the 1st floor bathroom really smelled of cigarettes which we could not get rid of - I would guess this is a student house during term-time and might also explain why there are few reviews and how these small issues arose.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and would thoroughly recommend your stay here!!
