Couldnt fault the hotel! Super friendly staff, great location, room spotless and comfortable Only issue was a 'private party' that was being held in one of the bars in the courtyard. It went on until 2am and was really loud and noisy outside our window. Not the hotels fault at all but it did mar our stay especially it being a Sunday night / Monday and we went for a relaxing break away before the chaos of Christmas! Would stay again for a city break as everything was in easy reach, but maybe not for a relaxing break away

I had a lovely brief stay here, lovely room in a beautiful building but it was like a maze trying to find the room! The room needed 3 or 4 maintenance issues, all small things but the bed was fantastic and pillows amazing!! Best pillow I ever had!! The staff were all superb, so pleasant friendly and professional. The car park is very far, I’m disabled but it took me 40 min to walk from the car park until I got to my room!! Ridiculous I’m afraid, impossible for some

Lovely hotel with beautiful features. Our Deluxe room had the most incredibly comfortable bed and feather pillows so sleep was excellent. We ate in the bar which was good, plentiful and really tasty - although it took a longer time to come - but that just meant it was cooked for us to order.

Room and bed was absolutely fantastic and very comfortable. Unfortunately as we were a room that looked directly onto leopold square we heard music very loud until 2am and the lights from the square were constantly shining into the room which made it very difficult to sleep.
