Air condition is not good，it looks like it's running but didn't cool down，I have to open the window which is cooler than that inside the room. I can hear the lould sound of water draining inside the pipeline all the time from the roof，including sleep time. Ampoule de lampe de chevet cassée : pas d'ampoule de rechange. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas ! 26º dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner correct, sans plus. Même pas de café "frais" ! Tout ça dans un hôtel 4 étoiles ! La réceptionniste plutôt sympa mais demunie pour régler les problèmes. Autant vous dire que nous n'y retournerons pas !

La habitación está bien, amplia, limpia, camas grandes y confortables. Baño amplio y armario separado en vestidor. Como aspecto negativo, no nos advirtieron de la forma de oscurecer las ventanas y la primera mañana nos despertó la luz del día.. deberían indicar que el sistema es un panel corredizo oculto en la pared. También encontramos hormigas en el baño y la habitación.
