The bright, comfortably furnished home has space for 6 people. The house has a bright living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large covered, illuminated terrace and a lockable back garden. On the ground floor there is a toilet and a bathroom with a shower, sink and hairdryer.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes for your clothes. The beds are equipped with anti-allergic duvets and flannels. Upstairs there is also a second bathroom with toilet, bidet and sink. All rooms on the lower and upper floors are accessible to you as a guest.
The house is equipped with all comforts, such as a. Dish. TV, secure internet via coded WiFi, DVD player, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, high chair and cot.
Outside there are 2 parking spaces available and special attention has been paid to small children when constructing the garden. For example, there is no water in the back garden and there are no dangerous points that can hurt small children. The back garden is fully lockable so that you as a parent can relax with confidence when your children play outside. In the barn there are all kinds of toys that you can also take to the beach. The covered terrace is illuminated, so that you can also use it in the evening.
Shops and beach are a 13-minute walk away. Ouddorp beach has been designated as the cleanest beach in the Netherlands. The village has nice shopping streets and cafes. At the North Sea park itself you will find a camp shop (open from March to October), cafeteria and restaurant at the entrance. There is also a playground, tennis courts and a football and basketball court. You will find a public playground at the entrance to the beach. Space enough for small children to play.
Furthermore, the mandatory additional costs are:
- Tourist tax € 1 p. p.p.
- Final cleaning € 60
- Water € 18 per week
Outside the high season, more energy is used because of, among other things, the heating, so we ask for a contribution to the energy costs:
- electricity: € 0.80 per kWh
- gas: € 0.80 per m3
You must pay this in cash at our agent in Ouddorp and will be settled with the € 100 deposit afterwards.

- Bed linen (fitted sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover) € 10 p. p.
- Towel set (large and small towel and washcloth) € 5 p. p.
- Kitchen linen € 3 per set.
Unfortunately we cannot allow pets due to hygiene.
