Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus mit einer perfekt ausgestatteten Küche (Gefrierfach, Eierkocher, Mixer). Selbst im Bad war alles vorhanden. (Föhn). Großer Garten mit Grill. Blickdicht eingwachsen mit eigenem Parkplatz. 5 Minuten bis zum Deich. Aufpassen Hunde passen unter der Hecke durch. (Anleinen).

Uns hat das Haus Martin von Anfang an sehr gut gefallen. Allein die Lage: überall hin kurze Wege - zum kleinen Krämerladen, in dem man alles Nötige bekommt - zum Fahrradverleih- zur Spiel und Spaßscheune- zur Nordsee (Elbe) - zum Spielplatz mit Badesee... Im Haus war alles da, was man braucht. Sogar Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Leider, leider - und dafür gibt es einen Punkt Abzug - funktionierte der Fernseher nicht wie er sollte, die Fernbedienung war defekt, die ersten Tage gab es kein WLAN

Unkompliziert, freundlich. Unser Kurztrip hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Das Haus war für uns, mit Kinder und Oma, Opa, genau richtig. Alles da! Besonders gut ist der eingegrenzte Garten. Die Kinder konnten auch einfach mal so raus. Fußläufig alles schnell erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Meine Familie und ich haben uns im Ferienhaus Martin sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist ruhig gelegen, die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ wenig vermissen. Die Vermieter des Hauses waren sehr freundlich, für gemütliche Abende gab es Spiele und CDs, ebenso Infomaterial zu Otterndorf und Umgebung. Die Gartenmöbel waren etwas abgenutzt, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Für Kinder gibt es ein Spielelement mit Rutsche, Klettersprossen und Sandkasten, das fanden wir auch prima.

Mit viel Liebe gestaltetes Haus, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank auch für das Empfangs-Präsent. Punktabzug bei Bewerbung der Anlage voll umzäunt: leider nur mit Hecke. Hunde können durchschlüpfen. Pluspunkt: Der Vermieter war sehr flexibel und entgegenkommend bei der Anreisezeit und war bereits vor Ort. Das war super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
