Shower & bathroom was dirty used facecloths left in bottom Needs a new cleaning person. Towels were frayed looked like rags with stains It was cold thermometer was 17 Degrees in Oct Once my son checked breakers. The problem was rectified for heat. Needs instructions on the table to operate TV

Pire expérience . Très déçu de notre séjour. Non seulement le propriétaire est d’une ignorance jamais vue . Nous avons reçu l’adresse et le code d’accès 2h après le check in, en arrivant à l’appartement une dame y vivait depuis 6mois . Communication difficile , perte de temps et d’argent.

We like the house, it was nice, clean, vast, and very comfy. All three rooms, the kitchen, the washroom, and the livingroom are very beautiful, the area too. We really recommend it to everyone and would like to come back next year if possible. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the air condition, it wasn't functioning correctly all the time. Other than that, everything was exellent.

The only suggestion I can give the property manager(s) is to fire and replace their cleaning staff. Unbelievably dirty and remnants of other renters' stuff in the bathroom , kitchen (freezer) and balcony. All but the bathroom were used after having cleaned it thoroughly. There was no toilet paper and faucets and shower floor needed to be degreased and scrubed!Will not be returning/using this group of premises. Do not recommend.

The stay was great and the place was quite clean. However there were not actually 3 bedrooms but instead 2 bedrooms and a living room with a pull out bed. That was a little misleading. Other than that it was very good value for the money!

Not what was advertised.

The apartment was smaller than expected, not a big deal, there were only 3 of us. Upon entering the apartment, it was extremely evident it had not been cleaned after the last renter. The beds were made without cleaning the sheets, thankfully there were spare linens and a washing machine, so not all was lost. All of the dishes and cutlery were dirty and left in the dishwasher. The bathroom had not been cleaned and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper. A pair of men's dirty underwear were also found in one of the bedrooms, and none of the garbages had been emptied. I will not be staying here again, nor would I recommend others stay until the home has been properly cleaned and repairs made to the furnishings and patio doors.

Non, on dirrais que la sécheuses est défectueuse, on arrive pas a faire des lessive..Mais notre grand problème c est par ce que nos voisins la haut, on eu des enfant qui font telment du bruit on arrive pas dormir,, la bruit cesse au environ 2h30 3h, ce matin,, ils frappent bcp le plancher c etait pas drole cette experience.

L'hébergement avait une bonne valeur qualité/prix. Nous avons apprécié notre expérience, mais ce n'était pas un logement dans le meilleur état. C'était majoritairement propre, mais il y avait certains éléments qui l'étaient moins (ex: vaisselle sale dans les armoires, coussins tachés). Une personne du groupe a des allergies et elle a eu des nuits difficiles, ce qui appuie aussi ce point.Il y avait quelques meubles qui ne tenaient presque plus debout, mais la plupart des meubles étaient corrects.L'hôte était bien sympathique et répondait assez rapidement. De manière générale, nous avons aimé notre expérience. Surtout au prix que le logement était.
