This property has great potential, but needs attention to be a 4 or 5 star. Shortly after the in-person check in we realized there were very few drinking glasses (3 wine glasses and 3 champagne flutes) and no dishwasher soap pods. It took three days and multiple messages for these items to arrive at the house. The house sleeps 6 and should have glasses to support this. My 8 year old was drinking milk out of a wine glass (which we had to wash by hand) for most of our stay. The power also went out after the host had left and we had to reset the supply breaker at the front of the house. This happened multiple times during our stay and we were not able to use more than one appliance at a time (a/c, dishwasher, washing machine). The host said they would send someone but that never happened. There is not enough power going into the house. The fridge had water under it so we notified the host. They came the following day while we were out and placed a new fridge with the old in the kitchen. The new one had to wait a day before we could swap over. Some of our food froze in the old fridge. The pool was great and the washrooms updated. Good set of towels. Great location just out of town for peace and quiet and just a short drive into Ostuni town. Although the hosts responded politely, resolving issues was very slow. More supplies would have made the stay better (paper towels, dishwasher pods, glasses, etc) and the power going out often got very annoying.
