The property consists of three independent units, each a reflection of elegance and comfort, carefully curated to ensure maximum privacy. The main unit is a cosy and functional space, featuring a master bedroom, a charming alcove with a French bed and a single bed; the alcove is separate from the rest of the house but does not offer the highest level of privacy as it has no doors. Finally, there is a hallway with a comfortable single sofa bed. Enhancing this space is a fully equipped kitchen, where meal preparation becomes a pleasure, and a living area with sofas for moments of relaxation, all set in a warm and enveloping atmosphere. In the main unit, the air conditioning is located in the living area.
The two dependances, nestled in privacy and tranquility, are furnished with timeless elegance. The first dependance consists of a double bed and a one-and-a-half size sofa bed both located in the same room, perfect for accommodating guests with maximum comfort, as well as a bathroom. This dependance is not equipped with air conditioning, but thanks to its location and structure, it stays naturally cool even during the summer months. The second dependance offers a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a peaceful corner where rest is guaranteed, far from any disturbance.
Externally, the property transforms into an oasis of relaxation: an outdoor bathroom, an outdoor kitchen equipped with burners, an oven, and a sink, and a barbecue for enjoyable moments with friends and family. Various relaxation areas, both by the pool and immersed in greenery, invite you to let yourself be lulled by the sound of nature, while the two outdoor dining areas offer the perfect spot to savor exquisite dishes under the blue sky of Puglia.
