The villa offers up to 5 beds. There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets etc, electric oven, iron and ironing board, outdoor shower etc.
Created for meditation and serenity, the vacation villa is owned by a yoga master, with each space simply and functionally furnished. Pets allowed.

Casale Shanti is a beautiful villa surrounded by greenery, with lush plants and lawn to frame the landscape. The villa is accessible by automatic gate and offers ample indoor parking.
The lovely outdoor pool is accompanied by a relaxation area equipped with umbrellas and comfortable deck chairs, ideal for spending moments of serenity and well-being. A well sheltered outdoor shower provides total privacy, adding an extra touch of comfort.
 
The veranda is furnished with a dining table and kitchenette with sink: the space is perfect for dining, dining and pleasant evenings outdoors.
The interior of Casale Shanti opens into a large and bright living room, with an open kitchen and 1 French sofa bed.
The sleeping area consists of 1 master double bedroom, furnished with elegant double bed, two spacious closets, TV and en suite shower room; 1 twin bedroom with single beds and the second full shower room.

Casale Shanti is a vacation villa with swimming pool located in the countryside in contrada Santo Scalone, which connects the two beautiful towns of Ostuni and Carovigno.
The location makes it easy to reach all services in a few minutes by car. Among the nearby beaches, the beaches of Marina di Ostuni and the naturalistic area of Torre Guaceto Park are worth reaching.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 5 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available in August.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- No washing machine.
- Air conditioning in one bedroom and in the living.
