Terribile!!!

Abbiamo ricevuto un msg intorno alle 9,30 del mattino che ci informava di dover attendere un codice per il self checkin (completamente in autonomia senza conoscere ed essere accolti da personale "VIVO") dopo che l'appartamento sia stato pulito!!! Alle 16.00 circa non arrivava ancora, abbiamo contattato noi dopo esserci stufati di girovagare per Ostuni e lo abbiamo ricevuto. Entriamo nell'appartamento lo visitiamo e notiamo che in camera da letto cìè un'invasione di moscerini... poi diffusi anche nell'appartamento. Contattiamo tramite wathsapp la struttura chiedendo del disagio riscontrato... silenzio più totale. Il giorno dopo ricevo un msg chiedendomi copia dei documenti tramite foto. Scusi ed il msg di ieri lo avete ignorato??? Alla fine posso dire che ho dormito in una struttura terribile e con materassi non idonei ad un comfort sereno!!! Mai più!!! Ho foto e msg salvati sul cell se si dubita di quello che scritto.
