I arrived to the city and was able to check in at the office which is in the center city not near the apartment. After the check in process was complete I was told the apartment was ready to check in. I was given directions and a map link to the apartment. Both were confusing and took through a long way with a lot of stairs and hills and brought to the wrong place. After finally getting to the apartment. I found it was really run down and dirty. And I went to take a shower and found the shower head to not work and just drip water. The bath was not clean either. After filling the bath black grime came out of the jets. The final straw was when I found ants on the counter. I proceeded to gather my things and leave. I spent the day looking for new accommodations. After finally finding new accommodations I messaged the office about the issues and that I had left. They never responded after several days. All around terrible experience.
