Die barrierefreie Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist hell, freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Die offene Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist Geschirr in reichlicher Anzahl vorhanden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Bad sind großzügig geschnitten. Bis auf das BIG Sofa , dass unter der Schondecke ziehmlich verschlissen ist, ist das Inventar hochwertig und im guten Zustand. Die am Wohnzimmer angrenzende überdachte Terrasse ist sehr groß, der Blick in den Birkenwald sehr entspannend. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und besonders ruhig. In wenigen Minuten gelangt man zur Srandpromenade und zum wunderschönen Strand. Wer ruhig wohnen will und viel Platz braucht, kann von Dierhagen aus zahlreiche Ausflüge in der Umgebung machen.
