The Non smoking / apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of the residence Haus Meeresblick. From its terrace you can hear the nearby sound of the sea. The terrace is furnished and also has a beach chair. From here you have a magnificent view of the countryside and to the new promenade and the sea you can hear here. This apartment has a spacious living / dining area with TV and sofa bed for two additional people. The optically separated kitchen is very good and modern equipped. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. A private parking space is located in the garage of the house. From here you can easily take the elevator to your floor. Even dogs are welcome.

The modern furnished 2-room apartment on the mezzanine floor u. a. over a terrace with beach chair and beautiful view of the countryside.

The exclusive complex was opened in 2013 and has direct access to the beach. The house sea view is with an elevator, an underground car park and a large wellness area with swimming pool (about 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas (a Finnish sauna / a bio-sauna) and a massage area fitted. So you can relax in every season in the house sea view.
