The apartment "Nordstern" in the Villa Wauzi is a spacious, bright apartment with 47 square meters, barrier-free and wheelchair accessible.
The beautiful wide sandy beach is only 150 m away.
The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and is easily accessible via a few steps and the elevator.
The apartment is on the quiet back of the villa with a view of the greenery. The apartment is furnished with beautiful pictures, comfortable beds and modern furniture. The apartment has a balcony with comfortable lounge chairs.
Free WiFi and satellite TV is available. The parking lot is directly at the house.
Villa Wauzi has a small park with a barbecue and seating area, as well as storage space for bicycles. The neighboring building belongs to the holiday complex. In this apartment house there is a fitness studio as well as a Finnish sauna, steam sauna and an infrared heat cabin.
You can use the newly opened cosmetic studio with foot care at any time.
The equipment of the apartment "Nordstern" leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has a large double bed 180 x 200 cm in the living and sleeping area, a large single bed 100 x 200 cm in the separate sleeping area and an extra bed for a fourth person. A cozy seating area for 4 people and a sideboard with satellite TV complete the living area.
The kitchen area has two cooking surfaces, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots and cutlery.
In the bathroom you will find a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, cupboards, comfort toilet and a large shower.
In the spacious hall area is a wardrobe with built-in wall safe and a full-length mirror.

The Baabe holiday resort was voted the most beautiful spa and recreational resort on the island of Rügen in 2009.
With its beautiful beach road, wonderful wide sandy beach and cultural events, it is the perfect vacation spot.
Nice restaurants, cafes, shops and medical care give guests all the options to enjoy their vacation.

Wunderbarer Urlaub ohne Einschränkungen

Ich habe einen wundervollen und sorgenfreien Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft genießen dürfen (10 Tage). Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sowohl im Vorfeld als auch im Nachgang erstklassig und immer super nett. Die Lage ist einfach toll, man ist so nah am Strand, gleichzeitig mit 3 Schritten mittendrin im Leben an der schönen Hauptstraße von Baabe und hat dennoch in der Wohnung seine Ruhe, um schön abschalten zu können. In der Wohnung hat es mir an nichts gefehlt und sie ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich komme sehr gern wieder!

Ein Backofen wäre nicht schlecht. (Selbstversorgung bei Corona.) Es war nicht erkennbar, daß es nur einen Raum gibt. (Küche, Wohnraum, Schlafzimmer und Extra Bett für evtl. Kind)

The apartment was tidy and clean and exact as it was described. We had a short 4 day stop and it was exactly what we looked for. We spent most of the time on the beach and the location couldn’t be better. The host Andrea responded quickly on any question we had. We are super satisfied with our stay in Andreas apartment.
