No food was out, when asked a member of staff he didn't care. Asked lady at reception and was told well ive been here all night as everyone has called in sick. Coffee machine didnt work at buffet and the one behind reception did but if you wanted a coffee you had to pay for it despite paying for breakfast. No milk for cereal

There’s only 3 criteria’s I have for a budget hotel stay. 1) cleanliness 2) comfortable bed 3) decent shower Unfortunately, there was a dry stain on our bedding and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept in. The bed squeaked when you sat on it and you could feel the springs in the bed when lying down (I’m a light and 5’4 woman!). Was hoping for a good nights sleep but didn’t get that here!

Convenient location for a short stay

Bed was very comfortable and the room seemed to have been newly refurbished. Good shower although bath mats seem no longer to be available.
