Apartment located in the heart of the historic center, next to the cathedral and just a stone’s throw from the main square. Situated in a peaceful, quiet area away from traffic. The apartment is in a very recently built/renovated building. Everything is brand new.

Hi, my name is Daniele, and I’m the one in the center of the photo. We work in tourism, renting out rooms and apartments that we own. We’re delighted to welcome you to this beautiful town, a crossroads between the sea and the mountains, surrounded by stunning countryside. Come visit us, and you’ll take home wonderful memories of the Marche region and the Conero Riviera, with its breathtaking landscapes, beautiful sea, and beaches at the foot of Mount Conero: Urbani Beach, San Michele, and the Black Rocks. Be sure to try the local specialties as well—the wines, cured meats, crescia, and delicious seafood dishes. The Marche region, and the province of Ancona in particular, offer the perfect blend of sea and countryside.

Be sure to visit the Romanesque cathedral just a few dozen meters from the house, the historic Roman walls, and the beautiful public gardens. Enjoy an aperitif in the central square. Just a few kilometers away, visit Loreto and its cathedral dedicated to the Virgin Mary—the third-largest church in the world dedicated to her. Recanati, the hometown of Giacomo Leopardi, and all the beaches along the Conero Riviera. Take a boat trip to the “Due Sorelle” beach. Go on a tour of wineries in the hills of Verdicchio Marchigiano or Rosso Conero.
