Pleasant stay

Comfortable bed, heating system that works well, friendly courteous staff with a special mention to Ruthie (sp?) who looked after breakfast with courtesy and friendly attention, better breakfast than I expected from a standard self serve buffet style, Only reason for good rather than excellent rating - walls are too thin. Could hear coughing and sneezing in next room and someone complained about our tv being too loud (we turned it down).

My room.was very clean and the king size bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great too. I was dissappointed that the pool and hot tub were out of service because of maintenance.
