Frances's house is a great place for family to come and gather. Each of the beds were amazingly comfortable. And from a fully stocked spice drawer, to enough towels for everyone, this home was perfect for 6 adults and 2 kids. The owners were awesome, and answered our slew of questions throughout our stay. We can't wait to stay again at Frances's house!

What a cute house! Perfect for our weekend stay for a high school gradation. Great location and very easy checkin process! Has everything you would need for a stay, detailed notes, very helpful! It was really neat to see how the house is updated but still has a lot of the charm of an old house. We will be staying again if we need another nights stay in Osage City!

Wonderful House Wonderful Host!

Family of 8 stayed over the 4th of July. The house was cute and clean. The yard was wonderful and included a swing set that the kids loved after 2 days of driving from North Carolina for a family reunion. The host was very helpful and answered right away when I called needing help. Great stay and would rent this house again for sure!

My husband and I grew up in Kansas and our grandchildren grew up in this area. So we rented this to be near them on our vacation. This home was exactly as pictured. Big enough to have family and friends over yet small enough to enjoy the comfort for just the two of us. Everything was provided for us. Great house, great owners, great location for us; what more could we ask for??

Family visit in Osage City

We visited Osage City to visit my sister and her family. My sister is nearing the end of her battle with stage IV cancer and this charming home was just what we needed to make us feel at home and enjoy time together. The house is very clean and the area very quiet leaving time to reflect share stories and enjoy each other.

Perfect small town experience

Beautiful and spacious property in wonderful Osage City right across from the best breakfast in town. Warm welcome with great amenities. Well furnished with comfy beds and beautiful lot. Short access to the lake or any of Osage counties many outdoor amenities. I will be back. The host was responsive and welcoming with an early check in to accommodate our travel plans. Great experience!

Wonderful little home away from home

Home was very cozy. There was a nice selection of spices available for cooking along with all the tools needed to do so. The mattresses felt new and were very comfortable. We did not stay at the house much, as we were visiting a friend in the next town over. Next time we visit we will stay here again. My daughter loved the phone nook that she used as a tiktok nook!
