Amazing stay

Wonderful balconys

We loved this property - we had 10 women for a weekend of shopping and the spaces for perfect! The balconys are cozy and have beautiful views. Beds were comforable and the property was clean.

Great Vacation Spot!

We stayed here for our family ladies trip and it exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and plenty of room for the 10 of us staying there! The walk to both pools was not far and it was a short drive to the grocery store/restaurants. Communication with the host was good too! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Ozark Family Vacation

Wonderful condo that made our stay very comfortable. Beautiful view of the main lake channel with nice deck furniture to enjoy meals and play games. Plenty of space for our large family and great amenities for every day living. We are definitely planning on returning!

Family getaway

This property was exactly as promised in the advertisement. It was clean, spacious and well appointed for whatever we needed. We enjoyed the local restaurants nearby and especially enjoyed the lake and the pool for the kids. I highly recommend this property.

Ozark trip 2023

Excellent location to everything we like to do. Very nice property and great view of the lake. Screened in porch was wonderful and relaxing. We missed not having a grill. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Nice condo with a beautiful view of the lake.

We had a great vacation and really enjoyed the condo and the view of the lake from the porches. We had two problems in our condo during our stay and the guest contact was there in a very short time. The condo was so well stocked with all supplies and so much better than other places we have rented in the past. We didn't want to leave and already talking about when we can return to Ledges.

Great condo and great views

My family has been staying at the Ledges for about 10 summers, and we've stayed at a few different units over the years. This has been the nicest one so far. The spaces are great (besides the small kitchen, which most of the units have), plenty of seating, two living rooms, and updated decor. Also the screened in decks were nice and helped keep the bugs away while we sat out there at night, and the main channel views are amazing. The only negative was that there were a few things missed by the cleaning team. Bits of trash left under the bed, a few dirty dishes with food on them put away in the cabinet (which i realize may have been left by a previous tenant) and the floors, although swept, were filthy. But I've found the dirty floors to be common in most units. Also the sliding door to the deck upstairs stuck pretty bad making it difficult to open and close. Overall the condo was great, very comfortable, great location, views, and amenities! We all enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Condo

In spite of beginning our stay with a hiccup, the problem was immediately corrected. The condo has lots of room and a well appointed kitchen with everything you need. There were 5 of us with a bed for each. 3 spacious bathrooms with great towels and soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. There are plenty of lights and outlets and charging stations throughout. Due to great weather we spent the majority of our time on the screened porch. Furniture is comfortable throughout which is a pleasant surprise for a rental. I am now considering how I can get my sons and their families to this place for a great family experience. Thanks for a great weekend.

Where to start….

Lots of positives and negatives. I’m going to start with the positives. This condo went all out on the “extras”! Paper towels, TP, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, make-up remover wipes, plastic/solo cups, tons of dishes, spices and appliances! View and location was great. Decor, furnishings and beds were excellent. Initially walking in, the general appearance was good. Toilets, sinks were clean. Of course I wanted to go on the deck to check out the view right away. Immediately I noticed a water bottle, popsicle stick and lots of cigarette ashes. The ashes were on the table and all over the very nice cloth patio rocking chair. The other chairs were not even pushed into the table so I know that no cleaner went outside. I contacted Evolve and received an email stating they were experiencing high volume of messages but would contact me as soon as they could. In the mean time, I find other things that were disappointing. Used Band-aid in the queen room, outlets that either didn’t work or were too loose to hold my phone charger. No attention to detail-used shampoo just sitting in the shower (upper king), paper on the fridge stating someone had to come into the condo that was three months old. I would hate for the owners to suffer and not get their place rented because of Evolve. The condo is beautiful. The communication with Evolve is not. I checked out five days ago and STILL no one has contacted me. Cleaning fee was the most I have ever personally paid, so I did not expect to see what I did. I did reach out to the company AGAIN and they said someone will still be contacting me but that has not happened. So if the owner is reading this… I would consider using another company to manage your condo.

Good time

This was a good vacation. I wasn’t happy with the overall communication with an owner we were told we could get in at 3 o’clock that day. An hour early. But the owner didn’t give me the code until 10 minutes after 4- we sat outside the door waiting for code. Other than that it was good.
