This was such a great location for our bachelorette trip! The house was a great size with room for everyone. With a beautiful view from the balcony, and close to multiple different attractions we were so pleased with our stay.

Getaway with family and friends

Clean condo with plenty of room for our family and friends. Appreciated the extra living room on the second floor for the kids to play. Great location and close to restaurants. Plenty of beds for everyone!

Awesome Location, plenty of space for two families.

Stayed a long weekend for a baseball tournament with another family. Condo had plenty of space, lots to do in the area without being in the busy area of the Ozarks. Host was great, very helpful and quick to respond with any questions.

Great location and view

Visit was nice and relaxing. Unit is very comfortable with a nice view. Would rent again. Steps reflected in pictures, so be prepared for the climb to carry gear but the view is nice.

My husband and I along with our adult children and their spouses had everything we needed.

Property is peaceful or if you wanted action you could go across the cove to Margaritaville! Boat slip was a plus, made everything convenient.

Would absolutely recommend!

I was thoroughly pleased all the way around! It meant the world to my daughter and I to be able to bring our pup Bodhi with us on a weekend getaway. He is family. The Hosts responses were instant, condo was spotless, and i could go on and on. I hope we get the opportunity to stay there again in the future!

Definitely recommend for people with young kids, or even a bigger crowd

We came on a Sunday and left on a Thursday. We had a few rainy days but the condo was filled with tons of games for the kiddos which worked out perfect! The condo had several areas for the kids to also break up and have their own time, the view was great the area and condo were well kept and stocked with everything you would need!

Went for a bachelorette

Stayed with a group of 7 of us and the location was great! Near by to several close bars on water and by car. None of the tvs were working and the ice maker did not work as well which were minor speed bumps but the host said he wasn’t aware of anything not working so after letting him know I’m sure he will address it for future visits.

Excellent Condo & Owners

Beautiful, spacious condo. We had a party of 7 and had plenty of room for everyone! Peaceful neighborhood. Just a tip, the upper bedroom does get warmer than the lower level...take an extra fan. Property owners are quick to respond and get the answers needed before and during stay!

Beautiful Home! Lots of amenities:)

This two story condo was beautiful, bright & open! Deck overlooks the water, stunning, & comes with a boat slip! The modern kitchen had everything a cook would need too! The primary suite was so massive, with private bath & next to the second great room. Made for a fabulous girls vacay getaway! Make sure you check the local pubs & distillery… Great food, drinks, & fun/welcoming people. Will definitely a return trip this summer😊

Roomy for all family to stay

Loved the view off the balcony. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials we needed to cook along with grill. The carpets could use cleaning but I'm sure that is from all the guests that have stayed for the season so for the price and convenience we could overlook that we just wanted to make sure we didn't get blamed for making them dirty when they were that way when we got there.

Great family getaway!

Our stay at Pelican Bay was wonderful! The weather was rainy and cold the first few days, but no worries, there was plenty to do in the condo. Numerous fun games to play and room for everyone to spread out to read a good book or watch a favorite movie. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We loved all the different sleeping areas, my 11 year old granddaughter loved the day bed in the loft area. The weather got better later in the week and we enjoyed sitting on the front deck in the warm sunshine. We are a three generation family and a great time was had by all. Everyone loved the stay and we look forward to going back.

The condo we very nice we didnt spend a lot of time there only to sleep. We enjoyed the place when we where there. Only a couple of problems no trash bags and we had a light bulb out no extras there. Pleased with the place over all. Didnt like that you couldnt chec in until 4 pm and had to be out at 10 am.

Pelican Bay

Owner was very nice when I contacted him directly. Needed some lightbulbs as several were burned out. Response was very-quick. Cleanliness was marginal - dog hair and hair braids were not cleaned from previous renters. Overall - very pleased.

Very nice condo!

We stayed here for a trip with 11 girls total. It was a very cute condo. We loved the multiple levels in case some of us wanted to go to bed earlier they were able to. It was clean and all of the beds were super comfy. Bathrooms were all clean! I text the property contact to get the wifi pw and he responded back promptly! The location is great! It is a close Uber drive to landshark/Margaritaville, backwater jacks, dog days, high tide and redheads! If I ever come back I would love to book again!

Family Vacation

The property was really nice. We loved the outside pool it was very well mantained. The property was dog friendly and they had clean up bags.The unit we stayed in was pretty outdated and wasn't clean at all. There were old shoes and empty bottles under the beds. There was a lot of old food on the floor between the sectional couch.There was a broken shot glass in the garbage disposal with a quarter in it. The glass actually sliced my wife's finger. The dryer at the property wasn't working either, and the doorknob was falling off, making it difficult to lock.The unit needs a good deep cleaning and update.
