Perfect Villa in ideal Location
The great thing about this property is being so close to town yet feeling completely isolated once you enter through the gate. Of all the many properties we have rented in Turkey this one has the best swimming pool, modern facilities with the benefit of being on one floor. Nazmi living next door was always available if help was needed, e.g we advised him that the kettle was not working and he had it replaced by the next day. Casa Mia is a gem of a villa and would certainly be our choice next time we rented property in Dalyan.

Excellent villa, close to town
Have just returned from 2 weeks at the Casa Mia. Excellent property only a few minutes walk from the centre of Dalyan. As previous reviews have mentioned, this is really 2 apartments in one. One side has full kitchen, lounge, bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom. The second half has a kitchenette / lounge / double bedroom, a double bedroom and bathroom. There are interconnecting doors.There is a TV, washing machine, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, fridge freezer in the main kitchen and a separate fridge in the kitchenette. There are separate entrances to both parts if you wanted to separate. There is a good sized pool and whirlpool outside. There are 4 sunbeds with cushions and 6 chairs with cushions around table. There is also a shade over one end of the sunbathing area. We arrived approximately 0330 hrs, yet Nazmi was there to meet us. He was easy to contact if required at the apartments behind the villa. The villa is a very clean and tidy property. I would highly recommend the property due to its proximity to town, its cleanliness and the support offered by the owner.

Five star.spotless.excellent location .super market just outside .5 min walk to local attractions.
Had the most amazing holiday .villa was beautiful .clean and in a prime location would definitely go back .lovely little touch from the owner was a beautiful chocolate cake when we arrived.sad to leave but will be back .Thank you Nazmi for making our holiday so special

Goede locatie. Ruime bungalow; het zijn eigenlijk 2 aangrenzende appartementen. Groot, goed verzorgd zwembad. Netheid kon beter, zowel in als rond de bungalow. Meubilair niet top (o.a. kapotte salon tafel) en verlichting vertoonde gebreken.
