Beautiful, Brand New 3 Bedroom Casita on Foothill Blvd. Kitchen stocked with everything you need, comfortable beds and a tree-filled view from the front porch. Our location is secluded yet close enough to downtown, casinos and recreation. Backyard dining area with BBQ and fire pit. Our driveway, although on an incline, is long enough to park your boats and other recreational vehicles.
We love long-term guest as well as weekend visitors.

The house was great. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. One of the nicer houses we have stayed in over the years. The host was great with good communication prior to arrival. The driveway is a bit steep but not an issue for us and they are upfront about that. Quiet clean neighborhood. We will book again for sure when back in the area.Thanks

Best place to stay in Oroville!

Home is very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Well equipped for cooking and BBQ’s. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Great experience!!

This was a perfect space for a weekend and very cozy for our group. Updated and upscale interior with a warm cozy feel. Felt very comfortable and the owner was amazing to work for and allowed us to check in a little sooner after a long drive! Great atmosphere and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to relax and feel comfortable with high end touches. Thank you!!

Bridal Party Homebase

We needed a place for the bridal party and family to stay as we were not local for the brides side. Worked really well as it it was clean and had an open floor plan with large master bathroom and bedroom side to use for all the girls with good lighting. Garage was a bonus as we could back in trucks and lock them up and not unload each night. Saves our backs immensely.

Very modern clean and tidy

This home was very clean, modern, and tidy. It appears to be new construction. Perfect for what we needed for our family of three for a stay in Oroville to visit family. Location was great. Close to both the town and lake. Loved that it was new construction. Super tidy and nicely decorated. The day we arrived the thermostat was off so it took a couple of hours for the house to cool down enough to be comfortable. Other than that the stay was ideal! We will be back.
