Sardinian paradise

Although the apartment could use a refurbishment, this is more then compensated with the stunning view, the private beach, the lovely surroundings and the warm welcome and kind and quick support of the owner. We had an unforgettable week and would love to come back!

Generally very nice appartment with fantastic views, a nice garden and direct access to the beach. Only drawback is that the appartment would need a refurbishment and electricty was not stable. Overall good value for money though and a nice owner

Magnifique!

Un petit coin de paradis! Nous avons profité pleinement de la tranquillité des vacances de Noël avec le soleil sur le balcon, la petite plage de rêve au pied du jardin (les plus courageuses se sont même baignées) et des paysages à couper le souffle tout autour. Très bon accueil de Nicolo (merci beaucoup!).

Perfekte Einsamkeit

Erste Mal in meinem Leben war die Unterkunft so perfekt, dass ich nirgendswohin gehen wollte. Ein Ort zu Verlieben! Die Küche super, geräumige Zimmer, bequäme Betten, einzigartiger Blick von der Terasse. Privater Strandzugang, ein Bucht nur für uns. Besser geht nicht!

Very clean and a wonderful sea view.

The host Nicoló was very kind and answered questions in a short term. The house is split in 2, Nicoló is responsible for the upper appartement. That one is what we prefer because the outstanding sea view. The windows have all insect screens. The interior is a bit outdated, but in good condition. It is also a matter of personal taste. The kitchen is equipped with more than enough pans and tableware. The fridge and freezer are larger than average. Big oven available as a microwave. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. The balcony with the magnificent view to the sea is very spacious. The boiler on the bathroom gives enough hot water for us 4 people. And of those, there are 3 ladies with long hair. There is a washing machine available for shared use with guests of the lower appartement. Beach chairs are also provided, but no parasol. A barbeque is available. The distance to the beach is 1 minute's walk to the mini sandy beach in front of the property and 1 minute further is the larger beautiful sandy beach which is surrounded by pine trees. The water runs down fairly steeply. Up to 10 metres further it is about 50cm deep. Almost no rocks in the sea in front of the beach. There is a bar/restaurant 8 minutes' walk away. 2 Supermarkets, Crai and Coop a 5-minute drive away. Mosquitoes are there, of those little ones, but where not in a green area. We can highly recommend the house.

Beste Lage in der schönen Bucht

Wir waren in der Vorsaison (Juni) in der Wohnung im Obergeschoss. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir alles sehr sauber vorgefunden und unser Vermieter Nicolo hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt und alle Fragen beantwortet. Auch der spätere Kontakt war immer sehr zügig, freundlich und kompetent. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr die neuste und einige Dinge waren beschädigt aber es war alles (teilweise mehrfach) vorhanden. Die Handtücher waren nur in einfacher Ausführung pro Person vor Ort, aber die Waschmaschine hat funktioniert ;-) Das absolute Highlite ist die Lage des Hauses. Dafür müsste man eigentlich zehn Sterne geben können. Der nette Garten mit Dusche und eigenem Strandzugang ist erstklassig und der kleine Strand zwischen den Felsen ruhiger als der Hauptstrand. Es war immer sehr ruhig und der Blick vom Balkon (ab der Mittagszeit beschattet mit angenehmer Meerbrise) ist ebenso schön wie mit dem Meeresrauschen einzuschlafen.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Unterkunft ist groß und sauber, das Inventar teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr einfach gehalten. Aber allein der kleine Strand, der 10 Meter hinter dem Haus liegt war jeden Cent wert. Traumhaft schön, toller, flacher, windgeschützter und steinloser Zugang zum Meer. Auch der Balkon mit Meerblick ist wunderschön und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter Nicolo lief trotz Sprachbarriere reibungslos und war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und wären gerne länger geblieben. Tipp: Unbedingt Moskitonetze fürs Bett mitnehmen, Mücken sind auf Sardinien eine echte Plage und das Haus war voll davon.

Geniale Lage, tolle Aussicht!

Die Wohnung ist gross und in einer super Lage. Die Ausstattung ist sicher nicht mehr die neuste, aber völlig ausreichend und es hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Betten waren fertig bezogen, Küchenhandtücher und Badezimmertücher auch vorhanden. Der Höhepunkt ist mit Sicherheit der Balkon mit der wunderschönen Aussicht aufs Meer. Wir haben Stunden darauf verbracht... Es hat mehrere Strände in der Nähe, die man bequem zu Fuss erreichen kann. Der schönste davon, ist jedoch gleich unterhalb des Hauses. Der Kontakt mit Nicolò und seinen Schwestern war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns immer gefreut, sie zu sehen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Blick vom Balkon

Die Wohnung in der ersten Etage hat uns gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Nicolo funktionierte reibungslos. Toller kleiner Strand direkt um die Ecke. Im Oktober sind die fußläufig zu erreichenden Lokale schon geschlossen.

Beste Lage ever

Die Lage , die Lage, die Lage. Wir haben soooo viel Zeit auf dem Balkon mit dieser fantastischen Aussicht verbracht und Gesellschaftsspiele gespielt , gelesen, gegessen oder einfach „ nur“ diese traumhafte Aussicht genossen. Nicolò ist ein sehr bemühter Gastgeber und hat versucht uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Einen Grill hat er uns besorgt sowie einen Fernseher da die zwei Männer im Haus gerne die EM gucken wollten. Die Küche ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Dusche ist relativ klein und wie in südlichen Ländern so üblich auch nicht der stärkste Wasserstrahl. Klimaanlage ist nur in beiden Schlafräumen was wir aber als ausreichend fanden. Wünschenswert wären Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern. Die untere Terrasse war auch toll haben wir aber nicht genutzt da wir die Aussicht so sehr genossen haben. In weniger als 100 Schritten hat man den Strand erreicht und das war einfach herrlich jederzeit mal eben zum Strand zu gehen und zwischendurch mal kurz zurück zu gehen um sich einen Kaffee zu machen oder die Toilette zu besuchen. Zu Fuß ist ein kleine italienische Taverne zu erreichen Bar da Boe die lecker Pizza ins Pasta haben auch zum mitnehmen. Zwei weitere kleine Strände sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen und im Ort Sos Alinos sind auch einige nette Restaurants und zwei Supermärkte die alles haben was man braucht. Der Ort Orosei bietet auch ne Menge Restaurants und hat auch einen Riesen Strand. Wir mochten aber unsere kleinen Strände vor der Haustüre , an dem im übrigen auch viele kleine Fische zu sehen waren, und fühlten uns trotz Corona sehr sicher und überhaupt nicht eingeschränkt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub .
