Property was in the perfect location to be able to walk around everywhere, very convenient. the only bad thing was the rooms were a little run down and the shower floor had a giant crack all the way across the ground.

Really basic motel level place, but thoughtfully maintained. Main complaints are tiny room size and ac unit had a smell to it. Main positives are good location, nice staff, laid back, place is clean and well maintained, netflix is a nice touch. Town overall has a creepy white supremacist vibe though, don’t think we’ll be going back. Winthrop and Leavenworth were much nicer places to be a visitor. Chelan is really just about the lake, not the town.

Great location, very clean. Nice!

The room was really very small, but it was exceedingly clean. The staff were really laid back and very nice. It is right across from a nice park and the lake and is right downtown as well. The building is very old but very well kept.

Shout out to the staff who tried to be very accommodating. HOWEVER, the extremely tiny room, non-working TV setup and what was expected for the money paid out was, sadly, not worth it. (side note: the new owner promises to make improvements. So, give her [new owner] a chance.

Our host, Donna, was accommodating and knowledgeable about the area and had many recommendations for hiking and eating. We stayed in the Jasmine Room and it was right across from the park where we enjoyed the farmers market, the Riverwalk and downtown shopping. Highly recommended.
Early morning hike to Elephant Head and Central Butte: trail head walking distance from hotel.

Right next to a great park area by the river that had a walkway along the water and abutted many restaurants. This is extra convenient when traveling with a pet. This was rhe only place we could find with pet friendly rooms, they we're very clean and the pet fee was really low. We were able to walk to many restaurants, shops, grocery store and several convience stores. We came to go to slidewaters and Riverwalk was very close to the waterpark. The whole town is pleasant and we wish we would have booked a longer stay.

We arrived early and went to see where hotel was and check it out. We were able to check in esrly. Staff is really friendly. Room was comfortable and close to downtown and a wonderful riverwalk.

We have been staying there for the past 13 years. The last 2 years have been mediocre. Rooms are VERY clean so we keep coming back. Restaurant is rarely open and customer service not like it use to be. LOTS of turn over in staff.

The location was great for us. We wanted to catch the ferry to Stehekin, and this was a 4 min. easy drive. Also really like being next to the park for walking around, sitting by the river and reading. We were there Monday night, but you might want to be aware of the farmers market day, parking, noise and crowds across the street may not be what you want, unless you are there for the market, then wow convenient. The room was small, the bed took most of it with a path around. It had a fridge, TV, enough room for our suitcases and bags. A chair to sit in. We were there just one night to catch the ferry the next morning. Close to walk to downtown. Had a bakery, but it was closed because we were in the off season, but is supposedly connected with the Stehekin Pastry Bakery and it opened on Thursday and was fabulous.
