Chalet "Le Vieux Rocher": On the heights of the southern slope of the Ormonts valley, chalet built in the middle of the 19th century at the foot of an old rock, with a beautiful sunny terrace for breakfast and enjoying a view beautiful on the Alps.
The accommodation has 4 bedrooms + a TV corner also with a large bed. The chalet can accommodate 8 people ideally (Maxi 10 people)
True Swiss chalet built in 1845, located on the southern slope of the Ormonts valley. It benefits from a unique location, and maximum sunshine. The view is absolutely breathtaking on the Diablerets massif and its eternal snows ... True haven of peace and purity.

The Chalet is located 5 minutes by car from the village, 3 minutes from the village station of Vers l'Eglise, and the ski lifts.
Travelers will have access to magnificent alpine trails, to the authentic flora and fauna of the Vaud Alps.
In winter: many skiing possibilities between the Diablerets-Villars, Glacier 3000, Leysin or Gstaad. All located between 5 and 20 minutes by car.
Toboggan runs (one of which is 8 km long).
Summer skiing on the Diablerets glacier.

Wir haben mit 10 Personen, also 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern (1, 5,9,11) und 2 Hunden eine wunderschöne Woche ĂŒber Weihnachten im Chalet verbracht.Die Lage und der Ausblick ist wirklich traumhaft fĂŒr Leute, die es ruhig und etwas abgeschieden mögen.Der nahegelegene Ort Les Diablerets ist ebenfalls traumhaft schön, hat eine gute Infrastruktur und ein tolles Skigebiet.Das Chalet ist sehr alt und traditionell eingerichtet, weshalb es fĂŒr uns sehr gemĂŒtlich, entspannend und urig war. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und es gibt 5 verschiedene Schlafzimmer, sodass man sich auch gut aus dem Weg gehen kann.Besonders positiv ist, dass es im Prinzip eine "Suite" gibt, d.h. Schlafzimmer mit zusĂ€tzlichem Kinderbett, eigenem Bad und sehr viel Platz fĂŒr z.B. noch ein Aufstellkinderbett, und eigenem Zu- bzw. Ausgang. Wirklich hervorragend!Wenn man mit gesundem Menschverstand jeden Morgen den Stromgenerator vorbereitet und nach Sonnenuntergang einschaltet, kann man auch mit vielen Leuten gleichzeitig ohne StromausfĂ€lle wunderbar zurecht kommen. Vielen Dank an Kenzo fĂŒr den sehr guten 24/7 Service!!!Den einzigen Abzug gibt es fĂŒr Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Haus, da teilweise unnötiges Chaos in Schubladen, SchrĂ€nken und Abstellkammern herrscht und mal eine Grundreinigung und Instandsetzung (offene Steckdose im Kinderzimmer) angebracht wĂ€re.Ansonsten alles tip top!

Wundervolle Auszeit in fantastischer Umgebung
Wir waren ĂŒber Silvester 2024 im traumhaften Charlet und es war wundervoll. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Charlet in seiner naturbelassenen Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen und wir werden sicherlich Sommer wiederkommen.

Zauberhafter Ausblick
Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende hier.
Wirklich alles war toll.
Das einzige, in der Beschreibung steht unter Highlight Pool und das es Kanus oder Kajaks gibt. FĂŒr die Kanu und Kajak hatte ich sogar noch Kontakt mit dem EigentĂŒmer, der mir sagte, das der Bergsee 15 Autominuten entfernt sei, mir gegenĂŒber aber nicht erwĂ€hnt hat, das es keine gibt.
Leider wusste man beim Check-in gar nichts von Kajaks und Kanus.
Nichts desto trotz hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit.
