The bedroom features a pleasant king bed, and the bathroom includes a bathtub and hair dryer. In addition, there is a living room with a tremendous sofa bed for extra guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, outdoor shower with hot water and washing machine during your stay. Spacious patio with table and adirondack chairs. Remove trash. Trash can be placed in Blue Trash can out back and Recycling in green Tub out back.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Renter must agree to all house rules. Host will require a government issued picture ID prior to check in.
No smoking of any kind inside. No underage drinking. No illegal drug use. Checkout after 11am will result in an additional $100 fee.
House is on Septic. Flush only Toilet Paper. Remove all sand outside before showering inside or doing laundry.
