We enjoyed our stay but I was a bit surprised we had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot. I've never experienced that. Our room was also missing an ice bucket and the remote for the tv. I was pleased with our view!

Lot of wear in the common areas. Were locked out of our room at 06:30 am because of an electronic lock system problem and the clerk who was by herself was not able to reprogram a key that would open our room and was telling us that we had to wait for the arrival of the maintenance guy or the owner at 07:30 because they were the only ones who could fix the problem. I would not recommend it .

Hotel is decent. However overpriced for what it offers. The pool area is under renovation so what you see on the pictures are not what you will see when you arrive. The room was okay. Clean . Confy beds . No microwave in room and bathroom needs remodeling. Also the AC was not working properly as it was hot at night. There was drilling noise during the day looks like they are also renovating or repairing other rooms. The hotel areas are small. Breakfast is not good and although they accept dogs there’s only one tiny fake grass area to walk your dog. The hotel needs improvement. Front desk check in lady was very nice.

Room was spacious and bedding appeared clean. It was pretty comfortable. There was no coffee maker and the dead roach in the bathroom was disappointing. A bit underwhelming, even for the price. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.

We didnt know the property had sustained so much damage from Hurricane Milton that it was under construction including the pool! The jack hammerring of the pool was definitely sad; we expected it to be operational. Additional bummer? when the parking lot and town was EMPTY we still paid $10 a day to park. I paid extra to book a "Hilton" and all I could say was what in the Kathy and Paris happened? As a former employee of the brand, what a sad story. The best I can say beyond the exceptional views is: you have an exceptional employee who has been w you 15 years. She is the BEST (western) you inherited when you purchased this property a couple years ago. She works day shift and is often in the breakfast area. I hope you treat her like the gold she is - she is exemplary!
