On a very private oversized yard is our detached condominium which comes fully updated with washer/dryer, a large private patio, updated bathrooms, and plenty of space for your family to relax and enjoy! Our home, while a condo, doesn’t share any walls with neighbors so there is perfect peace.  
A 10 minute walk down Nauset Beach road and you are at one of the most magnificent beaches in the world.  Do it with an early morning coffee or evening cocktail, and you’ll be equally as inspired!  Shorebirds, seals, and wildlife abound at the Nauset marsh and your kids will love ice cream and seafood from our famous Liam’s at the beach!  An evening bbq, yard games, board games and many comfortable areas to sit and connect with friends and family make this condo the perfect choice for your next Cape Cod getaway! New for 2023, a mini-split AC system has been installed to keep you cool all summer long!

For larger groups, rent our other condo in the adjacent building! 15521 Nauset Beach Bungalow.
