We usually love this hotel - this time, however, the elevator was really dirty and we were given a smaller room with smaller beds and a smaller bathroom - one I’ve never seen or stayed in! The beds were so small in a room that said “sleeps 4,” that my daughter made a blanket bed on the floor. We planned to sleep in and go to the pool on the morning but we’re awakened by fire alarms around 7 am. We grabbed our stuff and left. This is usually a great hotel experience.

Hotel manager lied about refund

We booked two rooms for two nights beginning of February. Before we left on Sunday my husband made a 1 star review and explained why. He ended up speaking to the manager and we were pleased of the outcome, she said she would refund us one night for each room. That was well worth it to us. Especially being a family of 2 adults and 5 children. The issues we had there was very alarming when came to safety issues. Unfortunately the manager lead to us and only given us refund for only one of the rooms. Which I felt extremely shady and insulting. As a manager, you should honor your words and no lie to your customers.

Nice place with a sketchy clientele...

The hotel seems to be a magnet for the low class. The police were there to remove a person. Sock clad sweat pants, Walmart refugees are all over the halls. They don't sleep, slam doors and it was 2am before O could stop hearing stomping and doors. I will spend the extra for a better place next time. It's really sad. The place is actually clean and neat. It's the price that attracts the "crowd". Staff is nice, pool is ok. Raise the price and get a better clientele.....

I have stayed at this hotel before. It’s simple, clean and comfortable to stay. Gym is good enough to get a workout in. Kids loved the pool. I like that they have coffee and hot chocolate at the door available for all.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I came to visit my son who is in college. They let us check in early which was much appreciated because of my long drive. The rooms were clean and we were happy with the location. The hot tub was clean and great!
