Enjoy cooling off in the private swimming pool or just lounge in the garden with view of the nearby reservoir. From February 2023 the pool can be heated on request (additional conditions apply).

If you don´t wish to cook, then the nearest restaurants are just 500 m away. You can also go to the town of Torrevieja (21 km) and Orihuela (15 km) on day trips.

The luxurious property has modern interiors and stylish furnishings, apart from a living room with glass windows to enjoy outdoor views. Enjoy the view of the nearby reservoir while leaning back in the lounger and savouring a lovely local wine. Table tennis table is there for your recreation in the air-conditioned property.
