4 Bed Luxury Villa - Close to all amenities, Private Pool

4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a private pool, solarium, air con and free wifi available.

The living space is on one floor, with kitchen, dining area and lounge being open plan, allowing for families and friends to chat whilst food/drinks are being prepared; with our British television to make you feel at home.

The villa consists for 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suites and one family bathroom. All bedrooms consist of built-in wardrobes for plenty of storage and have patio doors for outside access. Electric shutters on all doors/windows in the house. The villa has air conditioning, providing both hot and cold air.

For an additional space to unwind, we have our solarium upstairs (107sqm) containing corner sofa, dining table and sun beds with magnificent views of the sea. For those who prefer to keep to the shade, make use of our gazebo! With additional BBQ and bar area upstairs, everyone can socialise together for a relaxing time.

Final clean/laundry fee of 150 euros to be paid on arrival - this is for your laundry (Bedding, bath towels, hand towel, beach towels, shower mats, tea towels, etc) to be cleaned after your visit and the final clean of the house once you have departed.

Checking in/checking out times are between 8am-8pm (outside these times incur an extra charge of 25 euros).

This villa is situated within a 3 minute drive to La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre (12 minute walk), Los Dolses Plaza for takeaways, local bakers, cafes and mini supermarket (8 minute walk). Local authentic restaurants such as Los Cucalos; a few minutes walk away. Supermarkets and the beach, with the local beach being La Zenia, which is a 4 minute drive (21 minute walk). Where beach sun beds are available to hire for a small fee (7 euros). If the beach is not for you, we are close to Villamartin Plaza (4 minute drive, 25 minute walk) where you can eat, drink or use Villamartin golf course!

Other golf courses in the area are Ramblas Golf course (10 minute drive) and Real Club de Golf Campoamor Resort (10 Minute drive).

We are situated 45 minute drive from Alicante airport and 35 minute drive from Murcia International Airport.
If you fancy a day out, you can visit markets such as Benjiofar (Sunday), Torrevieja (Friday) or our local Playa Flamenca Market (Saturday).
