Playa Flamenca area has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants and is a popular location for holidaymakers and residents alike. Playa Flamenca is situated within easy distance of two airports at Murcia (RMU) and Alicante (ALC), both appx 40 minutes drive respectively. It can be accessed from the N-332 coast road or from the toll charging AP-7 motorway (at the La Zenia turning).
The apartment is south facing for Sun throughout the day from mid-morning and well into the evening until Sunset.
There are two swimming pools on the complex, one a very large adult pool and a shallow adjoining young children’s pool. The pool area is surrounded by a gated fence so unsupervised toddlers do not roam free into it. The beautifully kept communal gardens offer generous space for sunbathing.
A Car is not necessary as all amenities are within walking distance, however if hiring a car there is a covered private parking space by the apartment door. Airport transfers can be arranged at competitive prices versus the taxi-firms.
Capacity for up to six persons with Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with walk in shower, one double bed, one twin bed. The living area sofa bed can sleep a further two children. A Travel cot and high chair are available to rent locally. Please note the locally payable cleaning charges of €60 per stay.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob microwave and fridge freezer and all utensils necessary for home cooking.
